Get to Know Madison Through Our Quick Interview
Madison joined our company in September of 2021 and works as a welder at C5 Manufacturing, a trusted provider of farm trucks with hay beds for sale. Each day, she works on Jig 1 to ensure that all parts are placed in the proper position and ready to move to the next production phase. We are grateful to have Madison as a part of our C5 Manufacturing family. Learn more about her in a quick interview below!

Tell us about your role at C5 Manufacturing.
My position at C5 Manufacturing is working as a welder on Jig 1. I feel that being able to lay parts in the right spots is one of the most important parts of the process. If a piece were to be placed in the wrong spot, then the bed wouldn’t be able to be sold to a customer!

What are some skills that help in your position?
My primary skillset is welding. Some of my other skills include my attention to detail and how I am able to ensure the best bed. I am also particular about how my parts lay in the jig because I manage the very start of the bale bed production process.

What do you like about working for C5 Manufacturing?
I enjoy working at C5 Manufacturing because the guys I work with know how to make the day go by quickly by always telling jokes and helping each other out when someone is struggling or having a hard time.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter. One of our favorite things to do is drive around while listening to music. Seeing her so happy and dancing makes me the happiest mom ever.

What is a food that you’re passionate about?
Anytime I see a Taco Bell, I always want to stop to get something! It’s one of my favorite places to eat, even though it is considered a fast-food restaurant.

What would people be surprised to know about you?
People would be surprised to know that I am the only woman welder at C5 Manufacturing!
