Make sure deadlines are met, keep people on task, problem-solving, and repair work.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to venture to the lake and throw the kids around on the boat tubes.

What's a hobby of yours?
My favorite hobby is fishing!

What is something that someone would be surprised to know about you?
I build grain trailers and aluminum trailers.
