Get to Know Wade Through Our Quick Interview
Wade Winter is a prep shop team member at C5 Manufacturing, a trusted provider of bale bed trucks for sale for individuals or companies in the lawn and landscape, light construction, agriculture, and nursery industries. Wade has been in his role since 2017 and wears a variety of hats at C5 Manufacturing, including welding beds, prepping them for paint, and putting them together in final assembly. He is a great asset to our team!

Tell us about your role at C5 Manufacturing.
At C5 Manufacturing, I work in the prep shop, which includes preparing the beds for the paint booth by grinding and washing them.

What are some skills that help in your position?
I am experienced in grinding, washing, welding, paintwork, forklift operation, and the final assembly process.

What do you like about working for C5 Manufacturing?
C5 Manufacturing is a great company to work for; it’s almost like coming into a family reunion every day! We have a good time and still manage to remain low-stress while working.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my three kids and amazing other half. I also enjoy spending time riding my motorcycle when I get the chance.

What are you passionate about?
I really love smoking different kinds of meats and making a meal for everyone to enjoy. This is a way that everybody gets to spend time together, and I also enjoy doing it.

What will people be surprised to know?
People will be surprised to know that I am actually an amazing cook, not just smoking meats, but also baking and experimenting with other kinds of food. Food can make people happy if done right.
